ZNC config problems

Hi,
I tried to connect to ZNC in irssi, following the instructions in the wiki, but it doesn't connect. It says: "warning SSL handshake failed: Broken pipe", and "connection lost to bnc.ircnow.org". The znc.log says "Unrecoverable config error". So it seems I messed up something with config but I have no idea what. Also I can't connect to ircnow anymore because my username is in use (by znc I presume). Any help/advice to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
