Subsidized Journal Access

Greetings IRCNow Offtopic,

Would subsidized journal access make an impact in your life? Or do you already
have access (perhaps legally from a university subscription, or illegally via a
shadow library)?

Do you believe it would be a worthwhile goal to get every user on our network
subsidized access to academic journals?
