Mailing list improvements

Hello,

I think the mailing list would benefit if the mail service in charge of
it added a Reply-To: <codeforce@xxxxxxxxxx> header to it. As it stands,
when you hit Reply in your email client, it tries to reply to the author
of the message rather than the mailing list, which is a bit lame.

I can add the header myself, but I think it should be automated.
